Euroglaces has 14 full members and 1 member with observer status.

• Full membership is reserved for national ice cream associations from EU member states. The national ice cream associations are made up of the ice cream companies operating in their country. If there is no national ice cream association existing, full membership may also be granted to an individual ice cream company.
• Membership with observer status is open to national ice cream associations from non- EU member states.  If there is no national ice cream association existing, observer status may also be granted to an individual ice cream company.
